1Program description

Dotson Seamless Guttering LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an SMS text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages at the phone number you provide, according to the consent you give. Messages you may receive include:

Non-marketing: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and pricing details, invoice and payment confirmations, and service follow-ups.
Marketing: special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, and service announcements (only if you consent to marketing messages).

We send only the categories of messages you have consented to receive.

2Opt-out and rejoining

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 828-662-8525. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5Message frequency, message & data rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, and message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6Compliance with industry standards

This messaging program is operated in accordance with applicable carrier requirements and industry standards, including the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

8Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
